Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful , reception and Housekeeping, specially security supervisor (Mohamed) he give me great assistance when I went to fluid club، and I had issue in my room and he came and assisted me. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at Th8 Palm with amazing staff. We loved everyone, from the Valet, Guest service and an exceptional housekeeping (thank you Aravind, and Smirti - you were so kind and always happy). We want to thank the whole team, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, especially with me in a wheelchair and our family with a 4 year old. The hotel is exceptional with kids.
